Early Check In or Late Check Out

Pets

Early Check In or Late Check Out
Check in is at 4pm and check out is at 10am. This is to give our cleaning crew time to prepare the house for the next guest. We cannot give approval for early check in or late check out until 48 hours before your arrival.

No pets are allowed at any of our houses without prior approval.
A higher security deposit may be charged if you are bringing a pet with you.
If your pet causes damage to the house or problems with the neighbors, we reserve the right to keep your full security deposit.

Cancellation

In the unfortunate event that you need to cancel your booking, both the Cleaning Fee and Security Deposit are refundable. Please be aware that the rental fees paid are non-refundable.
If LYNX Property Management is able to book your same dates to someone else, your rental fees will be refunded upon completion of the stay.
You may consider purchasing Trip Cancellation Insurance. You are responsible to independently arrange coverage from a provider of your choice. You may view and compare insurance providers at www.insuremytrip.com, or consult your insurance professional.
